Ibiza weather update: storm Dana’s impact

Ibiza recently experienced heavy rains and flooding due to Storm Dana, affecting popular areas like ses Salines, Playa D’en Bossa, Dalt Vila, and Santa Eulària. Roads and parking areas became rivers, especially near Jesús and along Sant Joan de Labritja Avenue, leading to traffic disruptions. Landslides also affected routes like EI-200 (Santa Eulària) and EI-321 (Sant Carles), prompting increased caution and temporary road closures. 

With the AEMET forecasting rain for the coming days, local authorities advise travelers to check conditions and plan ahead. Some businesses have opted for remote work, and public events have been postponed.
